ppbSenior HR Specialist /b /p pbLocation: /b Granada, Spain /p pFMG Granada, part of MSM Group and CSG, is looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist to support and develop operational HR activities within our manufacturing environment. /p pThis role combines HR operations, employee lifecycle management, reporting, compliance, and participation in HR transformation and digitalization initiatives across the business. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liManage and coordinate operational HR agenda across the employee lifecycle /li liDrive and standardize HR processes, policies, and documentation /li liPrepare employment contracts and related HR administration /li liSupport onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and daily HR operations /li liCooperate on payroll input preparation and coordination with relevant stakeholders /li liPrepare HR reports, people analytics, and ad-hoc analyses /li liParticipate in HR digitalization and process improvement initiatives /li liEnsure compliance with internal policies, GDPR,
