ppWe are looking for candidates for the position of bProposal Manager. /b /p pResponsible for analyzing the Client's invitation to bid requirements and assuring its completion. /p ul liLeading the internal preparation of tenders, coordinating the different departments involved (technicians, procurement, legal, fiscal, estimates, etc...) to obtain the necessary information for the bid. /li liAddress and obtain clarifications from the Client. /li liCoordinate with the Construction Management the construction strategy and the attainment of bids from subcontractors. /li liCoordinate with partners and/or subcontractors their correct involvement in the preparation of the technical and commercial proposal. /li liSupervise and monitor the accomplishment of the offer's estimate budget. /li liPrepare the commercial and administrative documentation, as well as assuring that the technical documentation is complete and adequate. /li liResponsible for the correct emission of the technical-commercial proposal. /li liTracking and closing of the offer; prepare the subsequent clarifications and amendments to the presentation of the Offer. /li liActively participating in the negotiations with the Client. /li /ul h3Required profile and experience /h3 ul liChemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineer, or licensed in chemistry, industrial specialization.



/li li7 to 10 years as Proposal Manager in the area of petroleum refinery, petrochemical, LNG, gas treatment and upstream. We value the experience in the process design and/or project engineering of these types of installations. /li liWide knowledge of the Oil Gas sector and its international market. /li liEssential high level of English written and spoken.
