These are not standard events; they involve large partners, new formats, and operational challenges that often require building solutions from scratch. You will work from early-stage definition to final execution, owning the full operational strategy of each project. This is a highly autonomous role for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and can build structure where none exists. /p h3Responsibilities /h3ul liEnd-to-End Ownership of Complex Events /li liLead the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity events /li liOwn projects from early planning stages through execution /li liEnsure delivery meets partner expectations and internal standards /li liOperational Strategy Design (0→1); translate partner needs into scalable models /li liDesign processes, workflows,
and tools from scratch when needed /li liDefine how the event should be run — not just how to execute it /li liProblem solving in ambiguous environments; break down complex problems into actionable plans /li liAnticipate operational risks and design mitigation strategies /li liMake decisions with incomplete information /li liCross-functional leadership with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams /li liAlign multiple stakeholders around a clear execution plan /li liAct as the main operational point of contact for key partners /li liExecution oversight to ensure designed solutions are effectively implemented /li liSupport local teams in executing complex setups /li liStep in when needed to unblock critical issues /li /ul h3What Success Looks Like /h3ul liComplex events are delivered without relying on existing playbooks /li liNew operational models are designed, tested, and reused /li liPartners see Fever as a strategic operator, not just an executor /li liAmbiguity is reduced through clear structure and decision-making /li liProjects move forward without constant supervision or escalation /li /ul h3About You /h3pbExperience /b /pul li2–5 years of experience in: /li liTop-tier consulting (MBB or similar), OR /li liStrategy Operations roles in high-growth companies /li liProven experience solving complex, ambiguous problems /li liExperience leading projects end-to-end /li /ul pbSkills Mindset /b /pul liStructured problem solver: you break down complexity into clear actions /li liBuilder mentality:
