Your focus will be on acquiring and engaging SME and mid-market prospects in Spain, ensuring event initiatives are aligned with business goals and delivering measurable pipeline growth. /ppThis position requires cross-team collaboration, strong project management, and performance analysis to optimize event outcomes. As a key member of the marketing team, your role will contribute to the full marketing funnel by creating impactful experiences that convert leads into opportunities. You will work closely with sales, growth operations, and other teams to ensure alignment and maximize results. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliDevelop and implement a comprehensive Spanish marketing events strategy. This includes identifying and prioritizing events, managing budgets, allocating resources, negotiating contracts, and executing a diverse program of activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and conferences. /liliReview and provide feedback on event marketing materials to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines, including booth graphics, messaging, and branding. /liliAlign event marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring effective sales follow-up to drive revenue growth. /liliAnalyze lead data from events to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and prepare reports on lead quality and conversion rates. Use these insights to optimize future event planning and execution.



/li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3ulliAt least 2 years of experience working in demand generation , with a proven track record of planning and executing a wide range of B2B events, both online and in person. /liliExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. /liliA proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure and can handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality. /liliStrong written and verbal English communication skills, with at least a B2 level proficiency, as all marketing communications will be conducted in English. /li /ulh3Nice To Have /h3ulliInterest in and experience with the B2B technology industry. /liliCustomer service experience with a solution-oriented approach. /liliFamiliarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms. /liliOutstanding interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and building positive relationships with both team members and external stakeholders. /li /ulh3About us /h3pAt Factorial, we’re building the leading business management software for companies of all sizes.
