Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)

Salary: €55,000 fixed salary + 10% annual performance bonus

Hybrid working model. International travel (approximately 20–30%) will be part of the role.

About the Role

As an experienced Product Manager who enjoys transforming market insights into innovative healthcare solutions, you will influence an international portfolio, collaborate with world‑class experts and help improve patient outcomes worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing

-

- Define and execute international product strategies.

- Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept through commercialization.

- Identify market opportunities through customer insights, market research and competitive analysis.

- Develop compelling positioning, pricing strategies and value propositions.

- Lead international product launches in partnership with cross‑functional teams.

- Build trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), distributors and commercial teams.

- Monitor portfolio performance and drive continuous growth, innovation and profitability.

- Successfully launch new products into international markets.

- Become the recognised expert for your product portfolio.

- Build strong relationships with commercial teams, KOLs and cross‑functional stakeholders.

- Develop long‑term portfolio strategies that support sustainable business growth.

- Deliver measurable commercial impact through strategic product management.

Qualifications

-

- At least eight years of Product Management experience within Dental, Medical Devices or Healthcare.

- Experience managing international or regional product portfolios.

- Strong expertise in product strategy, portfolio management, pricing and commercialization.





- Experience working within cross‑functional and multicultural environments.

- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

- A customer‑first mindset and the ability to turn market insights into business opportunities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).

Languages

- Fluent English (required).

- Spanish and English bilingual capabilities are highly valued.
