You will lead the HR Operations team, oversee the delivery of core HR processes and act as a trusted partner to managers and stakeholders across the organization. /p pIn this position, you will not only ensure high-quality HR execution, but also contribute to building a more efficient, consistent and future-ready HR function across Iberica. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liLeading and coordinating the day-to-day HR Operations agenda across Iberia. /li liEnsuring the successful delivery of the monthly and annual HR calendar for Head Office, Wholesale and Retail populations. /li liOverseeing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including personnel administration, performance processes, compensation-related activities, training coordination and employee engagement support. /li liSetting operational priorities and ensuring quality, compliance and efficiency in HR execution. /li liSupporting and advising managers on a broad range of HR and labor-related topics. /li liLeading, coaching and developing the HR Operations team to perform at a high standard. /li liCreating structure, clarity and accountability within the team.



/li liDriving continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities. /li liSupporting the implementation of HR projects and new ways of working. /li liEscalating risks, blockers or operational concerns where needed and collaborating closely with senior HR leadership in Iberia. /li /ul pYou are an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys bringing structure to complexity.
