The Senior Cybersecurity Architect will design, guide the deployment of, and maintain the organization’s security architecture, ensuring protection of digital assets against evolving cyber threats. The role collaborates closely with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure security solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned with company strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and oversee complex security architectures across enterprise and cloud environments.
- Configure and manage next‑generation firewalls (Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet) including segmentation, policies, and access‑control frameworks.
- Perform comprehensive audits to validate resilience and effectiveness of security solutions.
- Secure and maintain DNS infrastructures, defend against threats such as spoofing and cache‑poisoning, and monitor DNS telemetry.
- Design protections for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, including web application firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and identity and access management services.
- Produce high‑quality technical documentation – architecture diagrams, configuration guides, operational procedures, and security design documentation.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement proactive and reactive controls to strengthen cybersecurity posture.
- Ensure security solutions meet regulatory expectations and support compliance and audit activities.

Qualifications





- Expert proficiency in configuring and managing next‑generation firewalls from Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet.
- Strong expertise in DNS administration and security.
- Solid background in cloud security for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud; experience with WAF, IDS/IPS, IAM.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations such as IEC 62443, the Purdue Model, NIS2, ISO 27001.
- Ability to produce and maintain detailed security architecture documentation, including diagrams, policies, and procedures.
- Experience conducting risk assessments and vulnerability analyses, implementing both proactive and reactive controls.
