Working closely with experienced engineers and manufacturing teams, you will support new product development projects through CAD modelling, BOM preparation, technical drawings, drawing control, revision management, and product design support. /ppThe role offers a strong development pathway, with hands‑on training and exposure to international engineering teams across the business. Initially, the focus will be on supporting local projects and learning Enerpac products and processes, before gradually expanding into more global collaboration with engineering teams and manufacturing partners worldwide. /ppThis is a hybrid role based at our Alcobendas office, with onsite collaboration Monday to Thursday and the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. /ph3Job Duties and Responsibilities /h3ulliCreate 3D CAD models, technical drawings, assemblies, and BOM structures by partnering with engineers from concept through production. /liliSupport new product development projects involving hydraulic cylinders, pressure pumps, tooling, and related mechanical equipment.



/liliAssist with product design updates, engineering changes, documentation releases, revision control, and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) for both new and existing products. /liliSupport hands‑on product assembly, testing, and prototype activities to build practical understanding of product functionality and manufacturing processes. /liliWork with engineers to integrate components and assemblies into new product designs. /liliSupport the design and adaptation of products, fixtures, and tooling for manufacturing processes including machining, welded assemblies, castings, molded components, and additive manufacturing. /liliMaintain and manage BOMs, assemblies, technical drawings, revision records, and engineering documentation within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Data Management systems. /liliImplement design improvements driven by customer feedback, product performance, warranty reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliEnsure drawings, models, and engineering documentation are accurate, organized, released under the correct revision, and maintained in accordance with company drafting standards, drawing control processes, and applicable technical drawing standards. /liliCollaborate with integral engineering teams and internal stakeholders in English as part of ongoing project work and future development opportunities. /li /ulh3Skills and Competencies /h3ulliComfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced team environment with a proactive and positive mindset. /liliStrong willingness to learn and develop technical, manufacturing, and hands‑on engineering knowledge. /liliUnderstanding of manufacturing and machining processes, including machined components, sheet metal, welded assemblies, castings, or molded parts.
