fostering a culture of technical excellence, experimentation, and continuous learning. /li liShape the Hub's identity as a thought leader – contributing to publications, speaking at events (MWC, Codemotion, university partnerships), and becoming a visible voice in Barcelona's AI ecosystem. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 h3Must-Have /h3 ul li8+ years in applied AI/ML roles, with at least 3 years focused on LLM-based systems, generative AI, or autonomous agents in production environments. /li liDeep hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration patterns – e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, or equivalent. /li liStrong software engineering foundation: Python, API design, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. /li liProven ability to architect multi-agent systems: tool calling, sub-agent orchestration, state management, RAG pipelines, evaluation harnesses, and observability. /li liExperience leading technical teams and translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes for enterprise clients. /li liFluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
