If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with innovative technology, and delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you. /ph3Your Mission /h3pAs a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our international customers, helping them resolve technical issues and ensuring a smooth experience with their smart home devices. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliProvide technical support in Swedish, as well as English, via phone, email, and remote assistance. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to smart home devices. /liliAssist customers with the installation, setup, and configuration of their systems. /liliClearly explain technical solutions to customers with different levels of technical knowledge. /liliDocument technical issues and solutions to improve future service. /liliCollaborate with the technical team to elevate complex cases and continuously improve support processes. /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliFluent Swedish (required). It´s a plus if you understand Norwegian and/or Danish too.
