We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Coordinator to join our onsite team in Marbella.
brThis role is focused on supporting the commercial team by coordinating sales activities, maintaining CRM records. Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
brCoordinate the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
brPrepare commercial proposals, contracts, and sales documentation.
brMaintain organised sales reports and performance tracking.
brHelp improve internal sales processes and documentation.




brProvide general coordination support across the commercial department.

brPrevious experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Customer Support, Business Administration, or similar roles.
brComfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
brFluent English, both written and spoken.
brExperience using CRM platforms and sales management tools.
