ph3Job Responsibilities /h3 ol liResponsible for the complete design of building systems for domestic cold water, hot water circulation, sanitary drainage, rainwater drainage and treatment, and fire protection water supply. /li liPerform water demand calculations, pipe sizing, pump head and tank volume design in accordance with CTE DB HS (Health and Hygiene) and local municipal ordinances. /li liDesign indoor fire hydrant and automatic sprinkler water supply systems according to RIPCI and CTE DB SI requirements. /li liProduce plumbing and drainage layout plans, riser diagrams, and plant room details; prepare equipment and material schedules and technical specifications. /li liCoordinate shaft sizes, reserved openings, equipment loads, and vibration isolation with architectural, structural, and HVAC disciplines. /li liSupport the construction site by resolving piping clashes and drainage slope issues, and participate in water testing and commissioning acceptance. /li /ol h3Job Requirements /h3 ol liEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Building Engineering, Hydraulic/Civil Engineering, with a focus on plumbing and drainage. /li liExperience:



5+ years of experience in building plumbing and drainage design in Spain; clear understanding of CTE DB HS clauses and common local water utility requirements. /li liSoftware: Proficient in CYPE (plumbing module) or equivalent calculation tools; highly skilled in Revit MEP and AutoCAD. /li liTechnical Skills: Able to independently design hot/cold water supply, sanitary and vent piping, and gravity or siphonic rainwater systems. Knowledge of solar hot water, rainwater harvesting, or greywater systems is an advantage. /li liSkills: Possess valid structural design qualification certificate; able to independently complete discipline-specific design complying with European standards, and support BP submission and final project acceptance inspection. /li liLanguage: Fluent Spanish; basic English to read equipment documentation. /li liPersonal Qualities: Strong planning skills, able to coordinate effectively across multi-discipline interfaces, with a high sense of responsibility for hydraulic safety. /li /ol /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
