As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will partner closely with Staff Engineers and engineering leaders on cross‑team, cross‑repository initiatives that strengthen Fever’s technical foundation. /p pIn this individual‑contributor leadership role, you will act as the connective tissue between our strategic vision and cross‑squad engineering execution. You will turn architectural direction into executable programs, coordinate dependencies across multiple teams, surface risks early, and create the visibility and alignment needed to deliver foundational improvements in developer experience, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
/p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liLead end‑to‑end planning and delivery for high‑impact technical programes that span multiple engineering teams: including platform modernization, CI/CD improvements, reliability upgrades, and system migrations. /li liPartner with Staff Engineers and Engineering leaders to convert technical strategy and architecture decisions into clear milestones and execution cadences, proactively surfacing risks, trade‑offs, and managing dependencies across squads. /li liLead the technical execution of MA integrations, managing system consolidations and tech‑stack alignment when bringing acquired companies into the Fever ecosystem. /li liCreate alignment across Engineering, Product, and Security by introducing lightweight, scalable planning and communication mechanisms rather than heavy process overhead. /li liBuild the dashboards and reporting needed for leadership visibility, engineering accountability, and better program decisions. /li /ul h3About you /h3 h3Basic Qualifications / Must haves /h3 ul liSignificant and relevant experience in technical program management or engineering leadership (5+ years preferred), with a track record of leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in platform or infrastructure environments. /li liStrong technical fluency across SDLC, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, observability, release processes, and architecture trade‑offs, with the ability to read technical discussions and turn complex architecture into practical execution plans.
