Under the guidance of the People Culture team, you will support the team in the day-to-day People Culture operations while gaining hands‑on experience in different areas of the department. /pulliSupport the People Culture team with daily administrative tasks. /liliAssist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening CVs and communicating with candidates. /liliSupport the onboarding process by preparing documentation and coordinating new starters’ first day. /liliHelp collect and prepare employee documentation and ensure personnel files are complete and up to date. /liliAssist in maintaining employee information in the HRIS (Factorial/Workplace). /liliHelp answer employees' basic HR‑related queries or direct them to the appropriate person. /liliAssist with the organization and allocation of employee lockers. /liliSupport the organization of employee engagement activities, internal events, and People Culture initiatives. /liliHelp maintain an updated candidate database and talent pipeline. /liliProvide general administrative support to the People Culture department and assist with ongoing HR projects. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pbWhat we are looking for... /b /pulliYou´re studying a bachelor´s/master´s degree in hospitality or a related field.
