ph3Description /h3pThe busser is responsible for assisting wait staff and bartenders with upkeep of tables and service areas. When a party departs, a busser removes dirty dishes, sanitizes the table, cleans the seats and tidies up the surrounding floor/table area. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliRemove used/unnecessary plates while guests are still seated at the table /liliRemove extra place settings at the table or provide any additional settings as needed /liliPrepare tables for the next round of service by removing all plates and glasses /liliSanitize the table and surrounding area for its next turn /liliReset place settings: complete with silverware, water glasses, and bread plate, etc. /liliRestock and assist with maintenance of expo/servers' stations, glass washing area, etc.



/liliEmpty trash containers and dirty dish receptacles /liliAssist with refilling ice for bar service station /li /ulh3Skills /h3ulliStrong customer service skills and pleasant rapport with dining guests /liliSolid communication skills /liliGood sense of menu items /li /ulh3Working Conditions /h3ulliBe able to walk, stand, bend, twist, move around for the entire duration of the scheduled shift /liliBe able to lift or carry up to 15 lbs. /li /ulh3Education/Experience /h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred /liliPrior restaurant experience is a plus but not required /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
