In this role you bridge business and technology for TecAlliance, guiding customers from initial requirements to successful implementation. You coordinate end-to-end projects and align customers with internal teams and partners. You support pre-sales and delivery, translating needs into practical solutions, and you help optimize order-to-invoice processes while aligning with TecAlliance standards. You bring customer feedback back to product and support to drive ongoing improvement. You work in an international, collaborative setup and leverage AI-enabled tools to boost clarity and efficiency.

Responsabilidades




• Profound experience in business consulting, customer implementation, or project delivery
• Understanding of business processes; experience in ERP, supply chain, or integration environments preferred
• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear, scalable, practical solutions
• Good technical understanding of ERP systems, integrations; REST or SOAP knowledge highly beneficial
• XML, XSD, XSLT or EDI knowledge a plus
• Strong communication with customers and stakeholders; cross-team collaboration across cultures
• Structured, ownership-driven work style; capable of xqbhyrx handling complex requirements
• Curiosity about applying AI to enhance consulting, implementation, and process optimization; comfort with AI-enabled tools
• Fluent English (B2+); German, Spanish, or another language a plus
