It employs some 40,000 employees and generates revenues of approximately €14 billion per year. /p h3Task Accountabilities /h3 pTraining instructions: To design, develop and deliver the best training in order to operate in a safe efficient, and effective way the Company products and portfolio (e.g. transport, combat, unmanned, satellites). /p ul liFlight Instructors in a training Centre Environment and/or a Real Operational Environment /li liOperator Instructor in a training Centre Environment and/or in a Real Operational Environment /li liSpecial equipment Instructors training Centre Environment and/or a Real Operational Environment /li /ul pFor this position, the candidate should be able to develop and conduct training courses (both logistical and tactical) in front of the A400M customer pilots. /p pThe training courses will cover both theoretical and practical, in front of A400M pilots. The theoretical part will be conducted in a classroom environment. The practical part will be covered using A400M flight simulators. /p h3Required Skills /h3 ul liPilot with experience in multipilot/multiengine transport aircraft (2000 FH) /li liPilot with experience in tactical air transport (1500 FH) /li liPilot with ATPL (A) valid license (experience on Airbus FBW family will be considered as a plus)



/li liExperience as instructor (covering development and delivery activities) will be considered as a plus /li liSFI (A) authorization /li liExperience in training systems development will be considered as a plus /li liExperience in A400M will be considered as a plus /li liOACI English level 4 in force /li liThe position will require to work in shifts, according to simulators schedule.
