p PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER /p pb Location: /b b Barcelona (Hybrid) or Seville /b /p p Own and scale outsourced operations performance /p p Are you experienced in managing external partners and driving operational performance through data and structure? /pp We’re partnering with a fast-scaling technology business to hire a b Partnerships Manager /b to lead the relationship, governance, and performance of outsourced customer operations. /pp This is a high-impact role with full ownership of vendor performance and a direct impact on customer experience. /p p What you’ll be doing /p ulli Own and manage relationships with outsourced service providers (BPOs) /lili Lead governance forums (weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews) /lili Monitor and improve performance across key KPIs (CSAT, SLA, resolution times) /lili Manage vendor scorecards, performance plans, and escalations /lili Oversee capacity planning, forecasting, and budgeting /lili Ensure partners align with internal processes and quality standards /lili Drive continuous improvement initiatives,
