This position plays a critical role in ensuring service excellence, driving business growth and identifying opportunities through a highly proactive field-based approach. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys being close to customers, visiting sites and installations, solving technical challenges and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. /p pWe are looking for a true "all-rounder" with solid technical expertise, commercial awareness, autonomy and strong problem-solving capabilities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the dealership network in the assigned territory, ensuring outstanding service levels. /li liMonitor and follow up on service tickets related to repairs, installations, product demonstrations and spare parts. /li liApprove or reject warranty claims, finished product orders and technical service quotations. /li liConduct frequent visits to dealerships, end-user locations, construction sites, hotels and installations, providing technical guidance and execution support. /li liDeliver technical and commercial advice on products and solutions. /li liManage and resolve customer complaints and service escalations. /li liMonitor and analyse dealership KPIs on a weekly basis. /li liActively report findings and improvement opportunities to Quality and Competence Center teams. /li liCollaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, IT and other departments to ensure an excellent customer experience. /li liTrain newly incorporated dealership employees on procedures,



systems and technical aspects. /li liBuild strong relationships with dealership managers, business owners and technical leaders. /li liAnalyse market trends, services, competitors and pricing dynamics within the territory. /li liIdentify, onboard and manage dealership partners to maintain the highest service standards. /li /ul h3Internal External Relationships /h3 ul liYou will work closely with Sales, Quality, IT, Legal, Customer Service and Logistics teams. /li liExternally, you will interact with distributors, dealerships, installers, construction professionals, maintenance managers, business owners and end users. /li /ul h3Profile description: /h3 h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liDegree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a similar technical discipline. /li liSenior Site Managers with strong commercial capabilities will also be considered. /li liSolid experience within construction, technical solutions, building materials or installation-related sectors. /li liExperience in after-sales service, technical support or installation services. /li liStrong field-based mindset with extensive exposure to sites, projects and customer-facing environments. /li liHigh level of autonomy, initiative and results orientation. /li liOutstanding communication, influencing and negotiation skills. /li liAbility to build technical credibility with installers and technicians while effectively engaging with senior business stakeholders. /li liValid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently. /li liKnowledge of the Madrid market and surrounding areas will be highly valued. /li /ul pIf you are looking for a highly visible, customer-facing role where you can combine technical expertise with business impact, we would love to hear from you. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
