In this role you will drive the continuous improvement of manufacturing systems for defense-focused electronics, ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale and align production with product requirements, while leading automation and data-driven optimization initiatives. You’ll work on processes from PCB assembly to testing, shaping reliable, cost-effective production. This position offers the chance to contribute to critical infrastructure and security solutions at Thales.

• Design, implement, and optimize electronic production processes (PCB assembly, testing, subcontractor management)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment with product requirements
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities (lead time reduction, cost savings, defect minimization)
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, ESD)
• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives (PLM/ERP systems,
data analysis tools like Power BI/Python)
• Troubleshoot production line issues and propose process enhancements
• Develop technical documentation (procedures, reports, work instructions, manuals)
• Lead technical projects from conception to implementation, ensuring on-time delivery and quality
• Customer/results-oriented approach with stakeholder satisfaction focus
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Telecommunications Engineering
• Master in Telecommunications Engineering or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics production and continuous xqbhyrx improvement
• Advanced level of English and Spanish (B2 or higher)
• French is desirable
• Strong knowledge of digital/analog electronics and test systems
• Experience with PLC/automation, data analysis
• Experience with CAD tools and PLM/ERP systems
