As Engineer, Technical Support, you lead cross-functional teams to deliver expert technical and installation support for Canadian Solar products across the EMEA region. You collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Tech Support to drive customer satisfaction, revenue, and margin growth. You will conduct site visits, trainings, and opportunities generation while providing strategic input to upper management. This role blends technical depth with leadership, enabling you to shape service delivery and support scalable solar solutions.

• Manage Technical Support, Field u0026 Installation Services and coordinate pre-sales support for customers and the sales team
• Provide consolidated input to upper management with actionable insights
• Drive customer awareness through site visits, trainings,



and opportunity generation while monitoring revenue and margin
• Develop financial analyses for inverters and storage solutions including payback, operational strategies, and interconnection optimization using tools like PVsyst/PVsol
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue/margin targets by driving deals in collaboration with the assigned Sales Manager

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering xqbhyrx (Master's a plus)
• Minimum 5 years in PV/Renewable Energy; utility projects a plus
• Experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or product management in energy storage/inverter sectors
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience; startup experience a plus
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• Ability to work under high pressure and take on challenging tasks
