ph3JOB DESCRIPTION /h3 pToday we're looking for a Financial Controller (Production, Sales Transport) to join our international Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will act as a key Business Partner for operational leaders across Europe, supporting financial planning, performance monitoring and strategic decision-making. This role combines operational controlling, financial analysis and stakeholder management within a fast-paced international environment. /p h3TASKS /h3 ul liManage the monthly closing, budgeting and forecasting processes for your business scope. /li liPrepare recurring financial reports, dashboards and management presentations. /li liMonitor operating expenses and headcount costs across Sales Production activities. /li liPartner with senior business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making. /li liEnsure the accuracy, consistency and reliability of financial data and reporting. /li liPerform detailed cost and variance analyses for the Transport perimeter (Southern Europe). /li liIdentify cost optimisation opportunities and recommend improvement initiatives. /li liSupport budget preparation and forecast updates across multiple business entities. /li liChallenge business assumptions and proactively highlight financial risks and opportunities. /li liCollaborate closely with Finance teams and operational stakeholders across Europe. /li /ul h3MUST HAVE skills /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. /li liMinimum 8 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Management Control or Audit. /li liStrong knowledge of financial closing, budgeting and forecasting processes. /li liAdvanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
