Role Overview: You will focus on developing quality pipelines and support the field sales organization to drive new revenue for BMC.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan, reach out to new and existing customers to identify new revenue opportunities for BMC.

- Use digital sales tools to turn inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for our field sales reps.

- Directly impact the pipeline, helping the team close deals more efficiently and effectively.

- Identify target accounts and engage key decision makers with compelling outreach.

- Ensure enablement and trainings are part of your daily operating rhythm.

- Leverage world‑class enablement resources to drive sales performance.

- Continuously innovate and take ownership of your development within a global team.
