As an IT Strategy Consultant at Kyndryl you will guide customers through IT strategy and transformation, focusing on cloud and non-cloud technologies, modernization programs, and cross-functional delivery. You’ll shape outcomes, define solutions, and lead advisory work that ties technology options to business value. You’ll manage milestones, engage stakeholders, and develop assets while collaborating with a diverse team. This role offers meaningful impact by enabling strategic decisions and transformational change for Fortune 500-grade environments.

• Analyze current state and define IT strategy with measurable outcomes
• Design conceptual solutions and plan/execute design and implementation with specialists
• Manage time, cost, and quality targets for engagements
• Develop IP, assets, tools, and white papers articulating point of view

Responsabilidades
• Consulting experience with a top IT professional services firm or equivalent focused on IT strategy enablement
• Knowledge of major cloud technologies (virtualization, containers, networking) across cloud platforms
• Subject matter expertise in at least three domains (e.g., cloud computing, IT strategy, Automation, IT operations, EA, SA, data management, AI/ML, IoT, cloud governance)
• Data modeling and analytics experience (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau)
• Structured issue analysis and ability to produce conclusions and roadmaps
• Knowledge of IT Operating Models and Process Frameworks
• Broad competencies in IT strategy, enterprise/solution architecture, process reengineering, automation
• Ability to lead workshops/interviews and strong presentation skills
• Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, Scrum for optimization strategies
