Responsibilities

- Responsible for UK logistics seller experience, performing in-depth research and analysis of logistics experience metrics and output solutions for improvement.
- Design solutions incorporating operating procedures and system functions to serve UK logistics businesses and operate expansion and improvement.
- Manage the solution through its entire journey from initiation to implementation, driving constant improvement when needed.
- Work with cross‑function teams (account managers, governance, etc.) to establish common goals for seller fulfilment experience.
- Continue to drive solution upgrades and innovations best suited for the UK/EU market.
- Contribute to the accumulation of core logistics capabilities.
- Review vendor agreements and maintain strong agency partnerships.





Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 3+ years of logistics performance management or solution design experience in e‑commerce fulfilment or logistics industry.
- Cross‑region and cross‑culture work experience preferred.
- Good understanding of e‑commerce sellers, fulfilment, domestic logistics and related industries.
- Experience in large e‑commerce or international logistics companies preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, familiar with data analysis tools.
- Medium written and high oral proficiency in Chinese (to ensure accurate contract interpretation and clear communication with stakeholders).

Preferred Qualifications
