In this role you will shape customer engagement across digital channels for Deutsche Bank. You’ll design and optimize data-driven journeys using leading marketing automation platforms, collaborating with Marketing, Product, Technology and Compliance teams. You will run multi-channel campaigns, build automated customer journeys, and ensure data quality and governance to drive KPIs. This opportunity offers exposure to a regulated financial environment with a strong emphasis on GDPR compliance and cross-functional delivery.

• Design, execute and optimize customer campaigns across email, SMS, push, and landing pages
• Build, maintain and optimize automated journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Campaign
• Manage audience segmentation, data selection and campaign controls, monitor performance to meet KPIs




• Develop SQL- and Python-based solutions to support automation, reporting, integrations, and efficiency
• Ensure communications comply with GDPR, consent management, and internal governance standards

Responsabilidades
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe Campaign
• Solid SQL and Python skills for data analysis and automation
• Knowledge of customer journey design, campaign management, segmentation, and KPI measurement
• Understanding of GDPR xqbhyrx and consent management; experience in regulated industries is a plus
• Strong English communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
