In this role, you will design and develop scalable automation solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks, working closely with Infrastructure, Platform, Operations, and Development teams to drive a more efficient, secure, and software-defined operating model. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liDesign and implement end-to-end automation pipelines (CI/CD) for infrastructure and platform services. /li liDefine infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles (e.g., Terraform for provisioning, Ansible for configuration). /li liDevelop and maintain pipeline integration (e.g., Bitbucket → Jenkins → Ansible → target systems). /li liIntegrate automation with enterprise systems (CMDB, ServiceNow, identity, APIs, monitoring tools). /li liCollaborate with infrastructure, application, and platform teams to standardize delivery models. /li liSupport transition from traditional infrastructure management to policy-driven, declarative systems. /li liEstablish and promote best practices, standards, and reusable frameworks to ensure consistent adoption across teams. /li liMentor engineers and stakeholders, acting as a technical advisor and change agent during the transformation from traditional infrastructure to automated platforms. /li liCreate and maintain documentation to accelerate knowledge transfer and scalability. /li liFoster a culture of automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across infrastructure and platform teams. /li /ul h3MUST HAVE /h3 pKey Competencies /p ul liStrong understanding of DevOps and SDX principles /li liExperience with automation at scale in enterprise environments /li liAbility to design modular, reusable, and version-controlled automation /li liKnowledge of CI/CD best practices and pipeline orchestration /li liUnderstanding of hybrid automation models (declarative + imperative)
