- Own Product Finance end to end and be the senior Finance voice in product planning forums.

- Own the financial model and forecast for core product areas, and stress-test ROI assumptions under different investment scenarios.

- Own how we measure product investment returns, translating experiment lift and cohort data into validated, annualized revenue impact.

- Maintain a financial view of the full product investment portfolio and lead the Product workstream in AOP and LRP.

- Build the financial thesis and models for high upside, high uncertainty bets like non-language subjects and AI-assisted learning, and define when to scale, hold, or pull back.

- Be product leadership's trusted Finance partner, and own the materials that bring CPO and CFO reviews clear, action-oriented narratives.

- Dig into how product changes move CAC, LTV, and retention, and use AI tools to move faster than a traditional FP&A; build allows.

Requirements

- 8+ years in product analytics,



product finance, or a closely adjacent FP&A; role.

- Experience at a high-growth B2C or marketplace business.

- Deep experience in product impact measurement: experiment analysis, lift quantification, cohort analysis, and translating product metrics into financial outcomes.

- Familiarity with experimentation methodologies and their limitations for financial planning purposes.

- Ability to build financial frameworks in ambiguous areas where data is limited and the business model is still developing.

- Strong financial modeling skills, with demonstrated ability to build models from scratch in ambiguous or early-stage contexts.

- Ability to build investment frameworks and achieve alignment with senior business partners.

- Demonstrated success using AI tools to drive insights and efficiencies.

- Comfortable in Looker or similar reporting tools;
