Tasks & Responsibilities

- Act as the technical lead for Data Migration and Data Management initiatives across global programs.

- Define end-to-end migration strategies, architectures, frameworks, and technical standards.

- Own the overall solution design for data migration processes supporting ERP implementations, acquisitions, divestitures, and system transformations.

- Lead data discovery, data assessment, data object definition, and source-to-target mapping activities.

- Drive data architecture decisions ensuring consistency across systems and platforms.

- Ensure alignment between business processes, enterprise architecture standards, and migration solutions.

- Review and approve technical designs, transformation rules, validation procedures, and reconciliation approaches.

- Define migration waves, cutover strategies, rollback procedures, and go-live readiness criteria.





- Establish best practices, methodologies, templates, and governance models for migration projects.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams, migration specialists, developers, and analysts.

- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Application Owners, Integration Teams, Data Governance, and Security organizations.

- Support solution scalability, maintainability, performance, and compliance requirements.

MUST HAVE

-

- Network knowledge in order to be able to establish the connections to source and target systems for each project where the Data Migration System is required.

- Cloud based ETL solutions architecture, preferable in Amazon AWS services.

- Leva, GxP system validation knowledge.

- Manual and Automated based Testing tools knowledge for testing new system requirements.

- SAP architecture SAP data model knowledge, no ABAP knowledge required, but RFC function and SAP BTP cockpit services.

- Database SQL querying tools knowledge.

- Windows Servers advanced knowledge.

Schedule

- 08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)

- 4 days remote and 1 day on-site
