Your mission in our team

As a Hardware Development Engineer, you will be a key player in our international and multidisciplinary development team, designing the electronic foundation for our next‑generation railway solutions. Your work will directly contribute to the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our products.

Challenges that await you

-

- Design robust analogue electronic circuits, including power electronics, signal amplification, filtering, and isolation.

- Collaborate on the design and implementation of communication and control boards for railway field elements.





- Conduct rigorous laboratory testing to verify designs functionally and non‑functionally (EMC, climatic, etc.).

- Participate actively throughout the entire hardware development lifecycle, from requirements specification to testing.

- Drive innovation by researching and applying new technologies to our products.

What will make your application stand out

-

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or an equivalent field, with a strong focus on Electronics.

- Fluent spoken and written English to thrive in our international environment.

- Proven experience in analogue electronics design, ideally within the railway, avionics, defense, or automotive industries.

- Strong analytical skills, self‑motivation, and a creative approach to complex problem‑solving.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

You’ll thrive even more if you also bring

- Experience in digital electronics design, particularly with microprocessors and FPGAs.

- Hands‑on experience with laboratory tasks, common electronic equipment, and debugging tools.

- Familiarity with manufacturing documentation processes.

- Knowledge of electronic board design and simulation tools like PSPICE, MATLAB, or Simulink.
