In this role you will lead and oversee EPC/FEED contract administration and procurement activities to support the project execution strategy. You will drive HSSE objectives, manage contract changes, and ensure compliance across commercial and legal requirements. The position sits within a project team focusing on large oil, gas, and petrochemical initiatives, including offshore work in the GCC region. You’ll partner with owners, PMC, and EPC/FEED contractors to deliver on time, within scope, and with proper governance, enabling a low-carbon energy transition.

• Oversee EPC/FEED contract administration and governance
• Review and comment on EPC/FEED contract baselines, requirements, and responsibilities
• Manage contract changes, including Change Orders and Variations
• Ensure insurance, performance guarantees,



and warranty compliance
• Administer project records management and close-out procedures
• Prepare monthly contract administration reports and owner-facing summaries
• Manage project risks and claims assessment with PMC and EPC/FEED contractors
• Coordinate with legal, owner, and PMC for risk mitigation and claims handling
• Maintain documentation, close-out, and clean desk policy compliance
• Oversee site contract xqbhyrx administration activities and change management processes

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
• 15+ years of relevant Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical experience
• 5+ years in a similar role managing a team
• FEED u0026 EPC experience required
• Experience in PMC roles and offshore projects
• ADNOC experience preferred
• Experience in offshore and major project environments
