In this role you drive multi-brand integrations and ensure smooth migrations within Rover’s ecosystem. You’ll align engineering, product, and business teams across Barcelona and Seattle to define integration strategies, sequence work, and manage risk. You’ll shape repeatable program patterns and push AI-enabled improvements to collaboration and delivery. This is a cross-border, ambiguity-friendly role centered on expanding Rover’s platform through acquired brands.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own implementation and execution strategy for branded or data integration programs, turning vision into a coherent plan and sequencing work
• Drive plan delivery across technical migration, product alignment, operational readiness, and go-live
• Lead the technical integration with engineering: API dependencies, data integrity, identity/authentication, cutover planning
• Build and maintain program artifacts: charters, project plans, dependency maps, risk registers, executive status
• Define and report KPIs to signal program health and progress to stakeholders
• Own go-live readiness and escalate risks with context and clarity
• Be the connective tissue between Barcelona and Seattle teams and contribute to Rover's integration playbook
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years driving complex, cross-functional technical programs
• Experience leading system integrations and technical migrations with risk assessment and sequencing
• Ability to read dependency chains and advise on architectural evolution and sequencing risk
• Experience delivering market-specific features with xqbhyrx product and engineering alignment
• Strong program management instincts and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Data-driven approach to measure success and surface risk
• Habit of pushing AI tools to automate tasks and create efficient workflows
• Willingness to work from Barcelona two days per week or relocate
