This role will oversee end-to-end SAP initiatives and act as a strategic partner across departments to ensure high system performance, robust security and full compliance with internal and regulatory standards. /ph3Your main responsibilities will be: /h3ulliManaging a team of consultants, analysts and developers, providing mentorship, training and career development opportunities. /liliAssigning tasks, tracking project progress and ensuring a timely delivery of initiatives within budget and scope. /liliLeading the end-to-end management of the SAP environment, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements and resolution of critical issues.



/liliAligning SAP solutions with business needs, collaborating with key departments to improve processes and ensure a seamless system integration. /liliOptimizing system performance, security and governance, ensuring compliance with internal standards, best practices and regulatory requirements. /li /ulh3Your profile and qualifications: /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field. /liliHigh level of English, minimum C1. /liliAt least 3 years of experience in SAP implementation support or project management. Experience managing teams of SAP professionals is preferred. /liliMust prove deep expertise in various SAP modules and proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA or cloud solutions like SAP S/4 HANA Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors.
