In this role you lead the Advanced Workflow Specialists team to maximize resources and develop capabilities to meet market demand. You enable the AWS team to showcase value through demonstrations, application support, and product knowledge, driving revenue and market share in the EMEA region. You translate regional strategy into tangible actions, monitor execution, and mentor direct reports while fostering cross-functional collaboration. This is a remote, customer-focused role at Leica Microsystems within the Danaher system, offering meaningful impact in life sciences imaging.

• Lead and develop the Advanced Workflow Specialists team to align with market needs
• Support sales force with best-in-class demonstrations, application support, and product knowledge to grow revenue
• Accelerate customer onboarding and foster positive customer advocacy
• Provide market intelligence on trends,



new applications, technologies, workflows, competition, and customer needs; contribute to targeted notes
• Translate EMEA regional strategy into actionable plans and monitor execution
• Mentor and develop direct reports; design immersion plans and mentoring for new hires
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing; promote inclusive culture and team engagement

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on life science xqbhyrx microscopy experience
• Profound knowledge of 3D imaging solutions and image analysis
• Experience in biopharma or biotech environments
• Practical knowledge of applied microscopy solutions (plus)
• Sales experience or affinity (plus)
• Travel up to 50% and valid driver’s license with clean record
