Over this 12-month programme, you’ll join our engineering teams, tackle real-world projects, and take on challenges that drive impact. With structured training, hands‑on experience, and guidance from experts, you’ll grow your skills, explore different areas, and shape the future of finance. /p pTop performers may be offered a full‑time role after the programme, giving you the chance to continue your journey at Revolut. /p h3About the role /h3 pOur Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do. /p pWe’re looking for Information Security Engineering Graduates who want to help monitor, detect, and respond to security threats, protecting the systems and data used by millions of customers. You’ll collaborate with experienced Security Engineers while building hands‑on expertise in security operations at scale. /p h3Join us from anywhere /h3 pThe Graduate Programme is open to international applicants willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply). You’ll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).

You can specify your preferred intake during the recruitment process. /p h3What you’ll be doing /h3 ul liDeveloping new capabilities for our security monitoring and response platform /li liMonitoring and analysing security alerts to identify potential threats /li liResponding to security incidents and collaborating with engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities /li liAutomating and improving security monitoring, analysis, and response processes /li liSupporting threat hunting initiatives and designing data‑driven solutions for risk detection /li liApplying advanced tools and technologies for security analysis, investigation, and remediation /li liSharing updates with global teams and collaborating with senior engineers on complex security challenges /li liBuilding your technical expertise through regular feedback, mentorship, and hands‑on experience /li /ul h3What you’ll need /h3 ul liA predicted or achieved 2:1 degree, or equivalent grade /li liA bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, maths, physics, or another STEM subject /li liTo have graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027 /li liA portfolio of coding projects or open‑source contributions /li liSolid problem‑solving skills /li liA proactive, ambitious, and results‑driven mindset /li liFluency in English /li liGreat communication and organisational skills /li liConfidence working in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment /li liFull‑time availability from early or late 2027 /li liThe ability to travel to a Revolut office in your country of employment /li liA willingness to attend the office at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role) /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience with threat hunting, penetration testing, or Capture the Flag challenges /li /ul h3Compensation range /h3 ul liKrakow: PLN16,600 - PLN16,600 gross monthly* /li liPoland:
