You'll take ownership of project delivery and account leadership across international clients, with an initial focus on France. This is a strategic role that blends project management, client engagement, and operational leadership-ideal for someone with proven international experience, a consultative mindset, and excellent organizational skills. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliProject Delivery Management Lead project execution from start to finish on time, within scope and budget. /liliManage planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation using Orion Health tools and frameworks. /liliEnsure delivery documentation is consistently up to date and audit-ready. /liliClient Relationship Account Oversight Serve as the main point of contact for delivery-related activities with French clients. /liliAlign project goals with client priorities and ensure satisfaction across all touchpoints. /liliProactively identify opportunities for growth and service optimization. /liliTeam Leadership Coordination Guide multi-disciplinary teams including consultants, analysts, developers, and partners. Foster a collaborative, supportive culture and elevate issues with tact and clarity. Champion best practices across regions and delivery teams. /liliTechnical Awareness (Non-Hands-On)



Understand high-level architecture and support technical conversations with stakeholders.
