This includes understanding how these manuals are affected by both internal changes and external regulatory updates. /p /lilipFamiliarity with EASA regulations and IATA standards, as a deep understanding of these regulatory frameworks is essential for ensuring that all manuals and procedures comply with current standards. The candidate should be able to interpret these regulations and apply them practically within the company's operations /p /li /ulh3Experience /h3ullipMinimum of 5 years of experience in flight operations or related fields, that should include significant exposure to the creation, updating, and compliance of flight operations manuals. /p /lilipExperience in managing audits and liaising with regulatory bodies, as the candidate should have a proven track record of preparing for and leading audits, both internal and external, including those conducted by EASA and IATA. This includes experience in responding to auditor queries and implementing any necessary changes resulting from audit findings. /p /lilipProven experience in project management and leading complex projects, as the role requires managing large-scale projects, such as the introduction of new aircraft types or major changes in operational procedures.
