ph3Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies. /h3 pThe Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager will enable the HPS DU (Human Pharma Delivery Unit) Campaign Automation Services to efficiently and effectively build and automate campaign journeys with their expertise and management of technical aspects of the platforms. The primary platform will be Salesforce Marketing Cloud, but may also include other tools across tour client´s digital engagement environment, such as other Adobe Marketing Cloud software, CDP - customer data platforms, database management systems, and proprietary work-intake tools. The Platform Manager will also leverage and help maintain team-specific spaces within the Atlassian tool stack, including JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket. /p h3Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul lipEnsure that campaign workflows and deliveries are built to serve the business needs and expectations as defined in the campaign briefings provided by the markets /p /li lipEnsure high end-to-end and on-time quality of campaigns, including proper setup to enable measurement and QA-s of campaigns /p /li lipOwning and optimizing campaign processes, including platform automation and driving innovation ideas for efficiency and quality. /p /li lipTechnical spec input and user acceptance testing (UAT) of software enhancements within the marketing automation toolset /p /li lipDebugging of workflow and delivery issues, plus reporting and tracking of platform issues and bugs with IT support /p /li lipDocumentation of enhancements, templates, and technical processes /p /li lipDevelopment and testing of script enhancements (including JavaScript), schema extensions, web (API) calls, etc. /p /li lipCreation and maintenance of technical workflows, campaign workflow templates, landing pages (web applications),



and HTML content /p /li lipCollaborating with the Campaign Support Services. /p /li lipCommunicating close collaboration with Platform Management Omnichannel /p /li /ul h3Requirements Desired Skills /h3 ul lipBachelor’s Degree in technical studies or business administration with a strong tech background. /p /li lipExcellent campaign management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently and to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously /p /li lipAt least 2-3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaignexperience, knowledge of CDP is a big plus /p /li lipTechnical marketing automation certification preferred (ie. Architect or Developer is idóneo of any enterprise marketing automation platform) /p /li lipExperience in translating business and technical requirements into software enhancements. /p /li lipKnowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and web (API) calls. /p /li lipProficiency in ampscript,JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Python is a plus. /p /li lipStrong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), knowledge of CDP is a big plus /p /li lipExperience in a software house, consultancy, or project delivery environment preferred. /p /li lipKnowledge of email and website design preferred. /p /li lipExposure to Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA, BitBucket) is a plus. /p /li lipPharma knowledge (including Veeva CRM) is a plus. /p /li lipExperience in production support and troubleshooting preferred. /p /li lipSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable. /p /li lipFluency in English. /p /li /ul h3WHAT DO WE OFFER /h3 ul lipPermanent contract. /p /li lipFlexible Schedule.
