Overview

The Solution Consultant supports the sales organization in Iberia, providing presales support for new and existing customers. The role focuses on delivering tailored solutions that match technical capabilities to business outcomes, and helping the local territory overachieve its revenue goals.

Responsibilities

- Qualify leads by using deep product knowledge to address business issues and demonstrate the value of Nexthink solutions.
- Show how Nexthink can support overall customer initiatives and generate business outcomes.
- Define, conduct and derive value from Proofs of Value (POVs), engaging additional resources when needed.
- Work with stakeholders in End User Computing, Workplace Management, IT Operations and IT Leadership to illustrate use cases where Nexthink adds value.
- Support and lead large-scale enterprise transactions, using industry knowledge to move deals forward.
- Run and facilitate value‑based workshops with prospects to help them discover how Nexthink can address their strategic projects and major issues.
- Deliver answers to RFP/RFI and Cloud Security & Privacy questionnaires.
- Participate as a speaker in key company events and other marketing‑related activities.
- Become a thought leader internally and externally around driving business value with Nexthink.




- Field‑based role requiring up to 50% travel within Iberia (Spain & Portugal).

Qualifications
- Proven experience working with a sales organization and a track record of exceeding assigned revenue goals.
- Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the introduction of new technology into a new market.
- Experience in Digital Experience Management, Workplace, End User or Desktop Services, and management of these services.
- Experience with Virtualisation, Cloud, Windows, O365 and other migration, release or change related projects.
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle and other quality‑of‑service disciplines.
- Experience with Generative AI and agentic AI innovative solutions.
- Coaching or mentoring experience to lead new reps through complex and lengthy sales cycles.
- Superior business acumen, able to use business context to generate creative, pragmatic solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset that enables independent work with little guidance.
- Technologically savvy and able to learn Nexthink products, services, technologies and business quickly.
- Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills;
