You will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and embedding a strong safety culture throughout the company. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliIdentify, interpret, and integrate all relevant industrial safety and environmental regulations (laws, directives, standards) into project development. /liliDefine safety design rules and technical solutions for future facilities and develop site safety concepts. /liliCoordinate and review third-party safety studies (HAZID, HAZOP, accident modeling, fire gas detection, ATEX zoning, etc.) and environmental impact assessments. /liliLead the permitting process: structure timelines, coordinate consultants, validate studies, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.



/liliSupport projects from early feasibility to detailed design, ensuring compliance at every stage. /liliWork closely with multidisciplinary teams (process, engineering, operations) to ensure safe, consistent, and efficient plant design. /liliDraft procedures, specifications, and internal standards to strengthen Elyse Energy’s technical framework. /liliCollaborate closely with French and Iberian teams to share best practices and harmonize approaches. /liliConduct ad-hoc studies for project and business development teams. /liliPromote a proactive HSE culture across the company. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliEngineering degree or a specialized master’s in industrial safety, Environment, or related field. /liliMinimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role – ideally within large-scale industry or energy projects. /liliStrong knowledge of Spanish (and ideally Portuguese and French) regulatory frameworks, along with API, NFPA, and APSAD standards. /liliExcellent understanding of industrial processes and safety systems. /liliAutonomous, adaptable, and collaborative — able to thrive in a fast-growing environment. /liliFluency in Spanish and English is essential; French is a strong advantage. /liliA chance to work for a mission-driven company shaping the future of energy.
