We have over 20 years of experience in the robotics field and offer daily challenges to everyone in our team to help them grow. /ph3Job Description /h3pThe Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and continuously improving all manufacturing operations to ensure the efficient, cost effective, and high quality production of the company's robotic systems. /ppThe role ensures that production activities are aligned with business objectives, delivery commitments, quality standards, and financial targets while maintaining a safe and collaborative working environment. The Production Manager acts as the operational bridge between Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Logistics to guarantee industrial excellence from product release to customer delivery. /ppstrongPrimary duties /strong /pulliEnsure manufacturing targets are achieved in terms of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity. /liliCoordinate daily production activities and allocate resources according to operational priorities. /liliEnsure inventory accuracy and material traceability in collaboration with the operations department /liliCoordinate the movement of materials between the warehouse and production. /liliDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions with engineering collaboration. /liliProvide continuous feedback to Engineering regarding manufacturability, assembly challenges, product quality, and process improvements. /liliLead Lean Manufacturing initiatives throughout the production area. /liliEncourage a culture of problem-solving and operational excellence.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience managing manufacturing or production operations. /liliExperience in robotics, industrial automation, electronics, or complex electromechanical products is highly desirable. /liliProven experience leading multidisciplinary production teams. /liliExperience implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies. /liliValid work permit to work in Spain. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pstrongJob conditions /strong /ppWe offer a competitive compensation package, including salary, benefits, and opportunities for professional development.
