This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to People Operations across multiple EMEA countries, partnering with diverse teams in a dynamic, international, and high-growth environment. /ph3About The Role /h3pThe People Operations Specialist, EMEA will play a key role in supporting operational excellence and employee experience across multiple EMEA countries, with a strong focus on Spain, the UK, and Portugal. This role combines hands‑on operational execution, regional compliance knowledge, process optimization, and cross‑functional partnership in a fast‑paced global environment. /ph3What You Will Do /h3h3Employee Lifecycle Management /h3ulliManage end-to-end onboarding processes across assigned EMEA countries, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with local requirements /liliCoordinate and execute employee lifecycle changes including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations /liliSupport offboarding processes in partnership with People Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, and IT, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation /liliAdminister Leave of Absence (LOA) processes, including medical leaves, parental leave, and other statutory or company leaves, ensuring compliance with local legislation /liliEnsure employee documentation, contracts, right-to-work documentation,
and required records are accurately maintained within Workday /liliPartner with Global Mobility and external vendors when immigration or relocation support is required /li /ulh3HR Operations Compliance /h3ulliSupport compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies across EMEA countries, particularly Spain, the UK, and Portugal /liliMaintain awareness of legislative updates impacting HR operations and elevate potential risks appropriately /liliSupport audits and compliance reviews, ensuring employee data integrity and documentation accuracy /liliPartner closely with Payroll, Legal, HR Tech, and PBPs to ensure operational accuracy and process consistency /liliExecute regular audits of HRIS data and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance /li /ulh3People Operations Systems Process Improvement /h3ulliSupport continuous improvement initiatives across People Operations processes and workflows /liliCollaborate cross-functionally to create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and operational guidelines /liliIdentify operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions to improve employee and stakeholder experience /liliUtilize JIRA, Workday, and reporting tools to manage requests, track metrics, and improve operational effectiveness /li /ulh3Employee Support Stakeholder Partnership /h3ulliAct as a trusted operational partner for employees, managers, and PBPs across assigned regions /liliProvide guidance on People Operations processes, policies, and employee lifecycle matters /liliSupport sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion,
and strong attention to detail /liliHelp drive consistency and operational excellence across global People Operations practices /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliThis is a temporary position for an initial duration of 6 months, with potential for permanent incorporation based on performance and business needs /liliCompetitive salary package in the range of €33,000 – €36,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience. /liliHybrid working model, offering flexibility between remote work and office presence in Barcelona /liliAccess to social benefits in line with company policy /liliOpportunity to develop professionally in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment /liliCollaborative and multicultural team environment with high visibility across different business areas /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles within a fast-paced international environment /liliStrong operational knowledge of employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, and LOAs /liliExperience supporting multiple countries within EMEA, with strong exposure to Spain and familiarity/notions with the UK and Portugal labor regulations. /liliWorking knowledge of Spanish labor law and employment practices /liliStrong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously /liliExperience partnering cross-functionally with Payroll, Legal, Finance, HR Tech, and PBPs /liliAdvanced experience with HR systems such as Workday and ticketing systems such as JIRA /liliStrong analytical and reporting skills, including Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) /liliComfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently in a fast-paced general environment /liliExperience working in multicultural and globally distributed teams /liliStrong process management and organizational skills /liliProactive communication style with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships /liliFluent in English and Spanish /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
