This role combines hands‑on operational execution, regional compliance knowledge, process optimization, and cross‑functional partnership in a fast‑paced global environment. /ph3What You Will Do /h3h3Employee Lifecycle Management /h3ulliManage end-to-end onboarding processes across assigned EMEA countries, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with local requirements /liliCoordinate and execute employee lifecycle changes including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations /liliSupport offboarding processes in partnership with People Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, and IT, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation /liliAdminister Leave of Absence (LOA) processes, including medical leaves, parental leave, and other statutory or company leaves, ensuring compliance with local legislation /liliEnsure employee documentation, contracts, right-to-work documentation,
