ph3System Administrator Team Lead (Pharmacetical Sector) /h3 pOmega CRM Consulting is looking for a System Administrator Team Lead that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and mentor a team of system administrators and infrastructure engineers. /li liManage and maintain Linux-based systems and services across development and production environments. /li liAdminister and optimize Posit Workbench for multi-user data science workflows. /li liSupport and automate Python environment management using tools like venv, conda, or pipenv. /li liIntegrate and manage Snowflake access and connectivity for data science teams. /li liDevelop and maintain shell scripts for automation, monitoring, and deployment tasks. /li liCollaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce best practices. /li liUse Jira for task tracking, Bitbucket for version control, and Confluence for documentation. /li liMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. /li liDocument infrastructure, processes, and team workflows. /li /ul h3Key Skills Experience /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in Linux system administration. /li liStrong proficiency in Bash/shell scripting. /li liHands-on experience with Posit Workbench or RStudio Server Pro. /li liFamiliarity with Snowflake data warehouse administration and integration. /li liWorking knowledge of Python and managing Python environments. /li liExperience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence). /li liExcellent communication and leadership skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with containerization (Docker, Podman) and orchestration (Kubernetes) are a plus.
