We are currently hiring Business Development Representatives to join an international team in Barcelona, Spain. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting business growth through proactive outreach.

What You Will Do

- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach

Requirements
- German communication skills required (C1 level or above)
- Good English communication skills required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales‑oriented mindset with good problem‑solving abilities
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer‑facing roles is an advantage xhfqzwm but not mandatory
