We are looking for an Application Owner – Digital Workplace to help shape the future of digitalization for almost 200,000 users worldwide . You will be responsible for managing globally used applications and ensuring they are delivered, maintained, and continuously improved across different regions and business units.

- Own and manage globally deployed applications within the Digital Workplace environment.

- Define standards for application configuration, packaging, deployment, updates, and lifecycle management.

- Coordinate software demand and collaborate with business stakeholders to align needs and priorities.

- Manage release, change, and configuration activities following established processes.

- Provide support, consulting, and incident/problem management guidance.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.

- Support license management, software financials, and internal charging processes.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and general standardization efforts.

- Drive communication across technical and non-technical audiences at different management levels.

What We Are Looking For

-





- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

- Several years of experience in IT application management, digital workplace, or similar environments.

- Experience with:

- Microsoft Windows

- Enterprise applications such as Adobe Reader

- Experience managing cross-functional IT projects and third-party suppliers.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

- Understanding of software lifecycle and configuration management.

- Experience communicating with business stakeholders and senior management.

- Knowledge of .NET environments is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus.

- German is a plus
