The Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing customer orders efficiently while adhering to company policies and tracking orders through delivery, resolving issues to improve On Time Delivery (OTD). This on-site role reports to the Customer Service Manager and is part of the EMEA Customer Service Team located in Madrid, Spain. /ph3What you will do /h3ulliProcess customer orders in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures. /liliTrack orders to delivery, problem-solve delivery issues and strive for continuous improvement of OTD (On Time Delivery) metric. /liliAttend daily Visual Daily Management meetings with the rest of the team to drive improvements in key metrics with a continuous improvement attitude to drive customer satisfaction. /liliDemonstrate excellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately review and input data. /liliEnsure pricing is updated correctly in the ERP. /li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulliFluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese would be an advantage.
