ph3Description /h3 pJob Title: Wallet Card Program Manager /p pDepartment / Division: Wallet Card Product Position Type: Full - Time /p pLocation: Alcobendas, (Madrid, Spain) /p pReports To: Director Wallet Card Program /p h3What You’ll Own /h3 ul liDefine and execute the strategic roadmap for Payment Accounts, Debit Cards, and Digital Wallet capabilities, aligning with company growth strategy, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities /li liContinuously evaluate market trends, competitive offerings, and customers need to identify opportunities for new product features, monetization models. /li liDesign and oversee the end-to-end card and wallet ecosystem architecture, integrating internal and external systems /li liDrive end-to-end testing and validation to ensure Accounts and Card functionalities operate seamlessly across all platforms during each product implementation and release /li liPrioritize initiatives and maintain a structured product backlog and delivery roadmap balancing regulatory, operational, and customer experience needs. /li liGather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders including business, operations, compliance, and customer support /li liDefine functional requirements and translate business requirements into clear product specifications for core banking capabilities supporting payment accounts and Cards /li liDrive innovation in wallet functionality includes card controls,
