The role combines strategic advisory, business development and transactional execution, helping clients define and implement flexible workspace strategies aligned with evolving market needs. /p pThis professional will work closely with the Office Leasing, Capital Markets and Research teams to deliver integrated real estate solutions.



/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the development of Dils Spain's Flex Office advisory business. /li liAdvise landlords and investors on Flex Office and Managed Office strategies to maximize asset value. /li liSupport occupiers in designing versátil workplace solutions aligned with their business objectives. /li liDevelop expansion strategies for Flex Office operators, identifying new market opportunities. /li liAdvise clients on operating models, management agreements and partnership structures. /li liAnalyse market trends, supply, demand and competitive positioning within the flexible office sector. /li liPrepare business cases, financial analyses and strategic recommendations for clients. /li liIdentify new business opportunities and actively contribute to business development initiatives. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with landlords, occupiers, operators and investors. /li liCoordinate multidisciplinary projects together with internal teams including Leasing, Workplace, Capital Markets, Research. /li liRepresent Dils in industry events and contribute to strengthening the company's market positioning. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering or a related field. /li li5+ years of experience in Flex Office, Coworking, Office Leasing or Corporate Real Estate. /li liProven experience advising landlords, occupiers or Flex Office operators. /li liStrong understanding of the Spanish office market and flexible workspace sector.
