In this role you will manage end-to-end logistics for a regional perimeter, ensuring on-time deliveries, cost-efficient service, and high customer satisfaction. You will work with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, resolve incidents, and drive process improvements with internal and external partners. You will be the primary contact for customers and coordinate with central teams to align logistics with business goals. This is an opportunity to impact service levels at scale while supporting CHEP’s sustainability mission.

• Oversee order processing to ensure on-time deliveries and monitor logistics performance
• Manage dedicated fleets and transportation routes, ensuring schedules and minimizing disruptions
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing queries and urgent requests in real time




• Support central teams in managing logistics incidents to minimize impact on service levels
• Track performance metrics related to on-time deliveries, transport quality, and customer satisfaction; address variances
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, optimize costs, and enhance service delivery through collaboration with internal teams and third-party providers
• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of logistics activities with broader business goals

Responsabilidades
• Supply Chain experience
• Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
• 1-3 years in a Supply Chain Management environment
• Knowledge of SAP, Excel, AI and BlueYonder would be a plus
• Knowledge of transport planning and tendering is an advantage
