You will translate export control and sanctions requirements into clear, workable processes and controls that function in daily operations. At the same time, you will ensure our Internal Compliance Programme (ICP) is documented, maintained, and audit‑ready. /p pYou will act as a practical partner to the business—firm on compliance, but solution‑oriented in how we enable it. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 h3Strategic Trade Control (STC) /h3 ul liExecute day‑to‑day export control and sanctions checks /li liSupport classification of products, technologies, and destinations /li liAssist with export licences and authorisations /li liConduct customer, end‑use, and red‑flag screenings in line with regulations and corporate policy /li liContribute to awareness and training on trade control obligations /li /ul h3Internal Compliance Programme (ICP)



/h3 ul liOperate and maintain the ICP in line with corporate standards /li liEmbed compliance controls into business processes /li liSupport stakeholders in validating third‑party information (end‑user, application, etc.) /li liWork closely with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance to integrate compliance into workflows /li liAct as a compliance partner, balancing risk awareness with business needs /li liMonitor and enforce geographical and product‑related restrictions where relevant /li /ul h3Documentation Controls /h3 ul liMaintain accurate, up‑to‑date ICP and STC documentation /li liEnsure traceability and audit‑ready evidence /liliDevelop and update procedures, work instructions and compliance tools /li /ul h3Monitoring Reporting /h3 ul liPerform control checks and self‑assessments /li liTrack compliance KPIs and control effectiveness /li liReport and elevate risks where needed /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liExperience in export control, sanctions compliance or trade compliance /li liGood understanding of EU and international frameworks (e.g. EU Dual‑Use Regulation, EU/UN sanctions) /li liStrong attention to detail and a structured way of working /li liAbility to assess complex situations and take clear, compliant decisions /li liA pragmatic mindset—able to find workable solutions without compromising compliance /li liStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work across functions and cultures /li liConfidence to take a firm position when needed /li liFluent English /li /ul h3Who You Will Work With /h3 pInternally, you will interact with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Compliance and DT SBU EMEIA HQ.
